Let me Introduce myself!
My name is Marianna, known as Maz to all my friends, I am originally from the South Coast of England and embarked on a career based in engineering and construction. About 6 years ago, myself and my partner, my little dog Scruff and my new forest pony Ranger took the bold move to relocate to the beautiful Snowdonia National Park in North Wales. Here I continued working in construction as a Quantity Surveyor, but was made redundant a few years later. Work is sparse in my industry here, so I decided to take on a challenge and start something new... I love being creative, working behind a laptop, providing a great customer service, so I built and designed my website Holiday Cottage Delights.
My passion is the great outdoors, hiking, walking and exploring the beautiful country that we live in, so I wanted to share my experiences, suggest places to visit and give inspiration for people to plan their UK holidays!
